MOHD ARIFIN BIN HASAN, CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Mohd Arifin Hasan was appointed as Chief Executive Officer of Fiberail in March 2022. Graduated from Universiti Utara Malaysia with Bachelor of Business Admin (Honours). He was a senior entrepreneurial personnel with more than 25 years of experiences in managing Global Sales, Program Management Office at Group CEO office, Product & Marketing for domestic and international market. A team player who is highly motivated with optimism, enthusiasm and successful in building and motivating dynamic teams.

Previously, he was the Head of Customer Experience in TM managed and lead the assurance, service delivery & customer service management. Prior to that, he was also the General Manager for Global Alliances Sales & Global Product Management at TM Global that managed and lead strategic sales and marketing plan and the full portfolio of existing and new Global & Domestic Wholesale products management.

Farah Suhana Binti Mohd Sani, Chief Financial Officer

Farah Suhana Mohd Sani is currently the Chief Financial Officer of Fiberail Sdn. Bhd. She was appointed to the role of Chief Financial Officer, effective 1 December 2022. Farah Suhana leads Finance and Procurement Division as an active strategic financial partner and value creator in driving FSB’s business and achieve Company’s objectives. Her role is to ensure the effectiveness of the various finance and procurement functions, continuous improvement and review of finance policies & procedures, system efficiency & processes and strategic financial risks.

Farah Suhana holds a Bachelor Degree of Accounting (Hons) from Multimedia University and a Fellow Member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), UK. She is a senior finance professional with 20 years of working experience in telecommunication sector. Farah Suhana started her career with Telekom Malaysia Berhad in 2003 and having served in various finance and strategy positions across the group including:

Asmah Binti Muhamad Ismail, Head Human Capital Management

Asmah Muhamad Ismail is the Head Human Capital. She was appointed to the role effective on

1 January 2023. Asmah leads and overview the department operations. She graduated in 2001 from Multi Media University with the Bachelor Degree majoring in Multimedia Economic. She obtained her Master Degree from University of Malaya 2010 majoring in Human Resource and Organizational Design.

She started her career via joining TM in 2001. Prior to this position, she then hold a position as Head of People Management & Administration at Fibrecomm Sdn Bhd. She served several other positions: Manager Human Capital Business Driver at TM Global in charge of overseeing the HR matters of TM Regional Offices (overseas business office), Assistant Manager Recruitment, Assistant Manager Data Services at HC Shared Services, Assistant Manager Central Operations. Specialised in HR Operations with interest in Organizational Design.

At her leisure time, she spent hours with reading and her Mantra: There must be a better way to do this. Everything can be discussed.

Suheimy Md Yusof , Chief Strategy Officer

Suheimy Md Yusof was appointed as Chief Strategy Officer since July 2018. Suheimy has the following skills; Telecommunications, Business Strategy & Planning, Forecasting, Product Management, Financial Analysis & modelling, Business Development, Pricing Strategy & Competitive Analysis.

Suheimy Md Yusof primary role and responsibility for strategy formulation and management, including developing the corporate vision and strategy, managing strategic planning and activities.

His extensive experiences in the telecommunications industry spans over 18 years which he held key positions with Telekom Malaysia Berhad as Assistant General Manager focusing on Business Plan, KPI Setting, Performance Management, Strategic Projects, and Business Analysis.

Suheimy has studied at University of New South Wales in Accounting & Finance between 1997 and 2000.

En. Mohd Roslan Ismail, Chief Technical Officer

"Mohd Roslan Ismail was appointed as the Chief Technical Officer on 1st July 2022. His strategic role is to lead and oversee the planning, development and operation of the Engineering Department aligning with the goals and inspiration of the company with major indicators on platform modernization network, technology innovation, cost and process optimization as well as implementation of technical operation and project management best practices which directly and indirectly impacting the top-line and bottom-line performance of the company.

He started his career with Celcom Petro Network Sdn Bhd, assigned to multiple roles in planning, development, operation and maintenance of network infrastructure and SDH system. He joined Fiberail in 2006 in network operation and maintenance and appointed as Head of Network Operation Division in 2015. He was later assigned in 2018 to lead Network Development and Special Project Division managing the network development, circuit provisioning and project management. Mohd Roslan has accumulated more than 23 years of experience in project management, fibre optic infrastructure, transmission equipment and network facilities.

Mohd Roslan graduated from University of Plymouth United Kingdom in 1998 with a Bachelor of Communication Engineering, majoring in Telecommunication."
