MOHD ARIFIN BIN HASAN, CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Mohd Arifin Hasan was appointed as Chief Executive Officer of Fiberail in March 2022. Graduated from Universiti Utara Malaysia with Bachelor of Business Admin (Honours). He was a senior entrepreneurial personnel with more than 25 years of experiences in managing Global Sales, Program Management Office at Group CEO office, Product & Marketing for domestic and international market. A team player who is highly motivated with optimism, enthusiasm and successful in building and motivating dynamic teams.

Previously, he was the Head of Customer Experience in TM managed and lead the assurance, service delivery & customer service management. Prior to that, he was also the General Manager for Global Alliances Sales & Global Product Management at TM Global that managed and lead strategic sales and marketing plan and the full portfolio of existing and new Global & Domestic Wholesale products management.

Mohd Zaim Mohd Jasmin Justin, Chief Strategy Officer

Appointed as Chief Strategy Officer in May 2025, Ts. Mohd Zaim leads Fiberail’s strategic vision with a deep-rooted commitment to technological innovation and operational excellence. A graduate of Universiti Kuala Lumpur British Malaysian Institute, he holds a Bachelor of Engineering Technology (Hons.) in Mobile Communication.

With over 14 years of experience spanning wireless and data technologies, program management, and telecommunications consultancy, he specializes in aligning infrastructure planning with national digital agendas.

His expertise bridges technical execution with corporate strategy, enabling scalable, resilient, and forward-thinking solutions.

Prior to his current role, he served as Assistant General Manager at TM Global, overseeing program delivery for major Mobile Network Operators (CelcomDigi, Maxis, U Mobile) and Internet Service Providers (Astro). His leadership in that capacity was pivotal in advancing nationwide connectivity, streamlining stakeholder engagement, and enhancing service reliability.

En. Mohd Roslan Ismail, Chief Technical Officer

"Mohd Roslan Ismail was appointed as the Chief Technical Officer on 1st July 2022. His strategic role is to lead and oversee the planning, development and operation of the Engineering Department aligning with the goals and inspiration of the company with major indicators on platform modernization network, technology innovation, cost and process optimization as well as implementation of technical operation and project management best practices which directly and indirectly impacting the top-line and bottom-line performance of the company.

He started his career with Celcom Petro Network Sdn Bhd, assigned to multiple roles in planning, development, operation and maintenance of network infrastructure and SDH system. He joined Fiberail in 2006 in network operation and maintenance and appointed as Head of Network Operation Division in 2015. He was later assigned in 2018 to lead Network Development and Special Project Division managing the network development, circuit provisioning and project management. Mohd Roslan has accumulated more than 23 years of experience in project management, fibre optic infrastructure, transmission equipment and network facilities.

Mohd Roslan graduated from University of Plymouth United Kingdom in 1998 with a Bachelor of Communication Engineering, majoring in Telecommunication."
